Special Meeting
The Board of Selectmen held a Special Meeting at 6:30 PM on Monday, 6 August 2012 in the Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder, Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal and Selectman Skip Sibley were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss pending litigation involving the Town Hall Expansion.
Selectman Sibley moved to go into executive session at 6:31 PM. Selectwoman Nosal seconded the motion. Atty. Tony Leone, Former First Selectman Tim Griswold, and John Forbis, Chairman of the Town Hall Expansion Committee were invited into executive session. SO VOTED.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 7:20 PM.
Selectman Sibley moved to adjourn the special meeting at 7:20 PM. Selectwoman Nosal seconded the motion. SO VOTED.
